panopticounts

Counts come from volunteer mapping on OpenStreetMap and a published inventory of Flock devices, matched device by device. The release holds one row per ward, community area and census tract, and no camera locations. Some residents read more cameras as more safety and others as more surveillance, so every metric is published without a preferred direction.
