How do I add my own measure to Ward Wise?
A measure repository computes something fine-grained, as points, a raster or values on census polygons, and attaches it to a GitHub release with a short specification. Penlight reads only those published files. Admission is one reviewed change to a public registry that pins each release by tag and checksum.
